Where will we receive updates on any changes?

Most of our updates will be through Facebook and email, so if you aren’t receiving our communications, please visit ArrowheadLakeRVPark.com and click on “Existing Guests” at the top navigation bar. Then, complete the “Information Request” form at the bottom of the page to provide us with your most relevant information.

What are the new features and improvements I can expect?

When it comes to amenities, we're freshening things up, but rest assured, the heart of our community stays the same. Non-motorized boating, swimming, gaga pit – and all the spaces you cherish are here for you to enjoy. We’re bringing improvements that add to the charm of our community and would love your feedback on what advancements and amenities you would like to see in the park. Stay tuned for a survey – since you know the park best, we’d like to work together to provide a community on the advances you would like to see! These improvements are designed to enhance your comfort and experience at our park. We’ll be working on other updates as well so be sure we have your current contact information, and you follow us on Facebook to stay in the loop.

How do I make payments starting June 1st, 2024?

If you already paid for the season, you are good to go! You will receive an email when your next payment is due. And if you opt in for text message communications, you can also get a notification for upcoming payments through text and email. In the message, you’ll have a personalized link that will allow you to pay online and set up automatic payments.


If you've already paid in full and wish to switch to monthly payments, we'll credit your account for the period covered, then transition to monthly billing at the lower monthly cost. For those yet to pay, you can opt-in for monthly payments from now on starting at that lower monthly cost. We're committed to providing flexible options that suit your needs and ensure a hassle-free experience. If you want to work with us to determine the best payment option for you, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to talk through this with you.

Will there be a price increase under new management?

No. :) This season will enjoy the current, promised rate for the 2024 season. If you want a breakdown of those rates, visit our pricing page and reach out to our team to reserve a spot for you and your family today.

We are now offering easy, month-to-month payments. What this means is, instead of paying a one-time upfront payment, you can now break down over 12 payments. These 12-payments include your reserved site, storage outside of the season, and all amenities the park has to offer.

When will we be able to meet our manager?

We want to extend an invite to anyone that is interested in becoming the new Community Manager as well as an Event Coordinator. You have a close-knit community and it would be amazing to have someone that has been a part of the park continue to be the new leader of the park. Do we have an age requirement for the camper?

Yes, at Arrowhead Lake RV Park, we maintain a standard for the RVs in our park to ensure a quality experience for all our guests. Campers or RVs must be from the year 2005 or newer. This policy helps us maintain a certain aesthetic and safety standard within the community. If you have an older model and believe it is in exceptional condition, please contact us for a possible exemption.

Our focus is on community, quality, and creating memorable experiences. While there has been a change in management and ownership, our priority remains the same – ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
